This is Samastiti Villas direct booking website.
Booking direct here is cheaper than on Airbnb or Booking.com as we don't have to pay their commissions ( 15 to 20 percent)
Booking condition:
Cancel 30 days before the booking date and get a full refund. ( except for booking of more than 15 days where we need a 60 days notice to refund)
The booking is non cancellable within 30 days of arrival.
Please book for the correct number of people for your group. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund in case of non-authorized extra persons, parties or breach of our rules
