This penthouse is on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs.
We can help you arrange an airport transfer or local divers. Price for airport transfer is 350000 rpies.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICIES

CHECK IN is from 3pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so our staff can meet you.
If you arrive before 3pm, don't worry—drop off your luggage at locker storage and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa.

CHECK OUT is 11:00 am at the latest.

We have an extensive Welcome Guide Book which has lots of information on Restaurants, Cafes, Laundry, Villa massages, Transport contacts, ect

NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED

Due to the infinity pool, the suite might not be suitable for unsupervised small children.

Cancellation or refund is not possible for the following reasons:

. Any issues caused by neighborhood, construction noise, government, utility suppliers.

. TV channel, internet or wifi problem. Temporary utility issues including electricity/gas/water/toilet/air conditioning
• Temporary cleanness issues including leaves, dust, spider webs, animals or insects. please let us know of any issues and we will fix it for you .
. Lizards, mosquitoes, flies, animals or insects indoor and outdoor. This is Bali and there are insects
. Dirty pool after rain
. Normal wear and tear
We usually resolve all issues immediately. Please inform us of any problems and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Due to the hot, humid, and salty climate, accommodations near the beach in Bali always require more care and maintenance. We always strive to provide the best service for our guests.

Guest interaction

To keep our villa, pool, and plants at a high standard we have daily maintenance. Housekeeping (6 Days per week), Pool Servicing (2 days per week), plants watering (6 Days per week). If you would like more privacy, or would like the housekeeping staff to come every second day, you are welcome to tell the staff they may leave.

Getting around

We can organize your transfer from the airport to your villa and back. This service must be booked at least 24 hours before and paid directly to the driver in cash. The cost per trip for a car with a capacity of 4 people plus luggage is 350 000 IDR (about 25 USD). For a group of more than 4 people we can reserve a larger vehicle (price on request).

The driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals hall with a sign with your name.

We can also organize local drivers during your stay. Another easy way to get around Bingin is to use Grab bike ( an asian app similar to Uber)

House Rules

- Please ensure that:
- Please ensure that: * Strictly no parties or outside guests allowed in the house. A party fee of 2000 USD will be charged in case that rules is not respected. We are a quiet house and respect our neighboors
* electricity, AC and water are not left running when not in use.
* noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm as respect to your neighbors. This is not a party house but more suited to calm people
* Strictly no smoking indoor. Smoking is only allowed in the open balcony area. Smoking cleanup fee is 300 USD
* Please keep the main gate door closed at all time. we are not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings. Please lock all the doors before you leave the house.
* Unauthorized late check out will be charged at a minimum of 40 Eur ( I am really sorry to add this rule but we have had 2 guests abusing our friendly attitude and refusing to check out. This caused a lot of problems getting the house ready for the next guests, which is not fair for the next guest. Hope you understand)
* We respect Bali traditions and you might be lucky to witness a Balinese ceremony while at the house.
* Please make sure you book for the correct number of people. If you come with more people than what you have booked, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.
